Property Purchases - Fees
We charge an initial start up fee of GBP500,00 which is deductible from the success fee.
The success Fee is negotiable. We assess each project individually and agree a fee with the client based on the circumstances and budget and work involved. We are very competitive in our pricing and will always negotiate.
Property Rentals - Fees
We charge an initial start up fee of GBP250,00 which is deductible from the success fee.
Success fee is 75% of one months rent.
